If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the link in your email confirmation, contact your barber directly (their contact information is available on our website), or call the shop. Kindly note that cancellations or rescheduling requests sent via email reminders cannot be processed as we do not receive them immediately.
No-call, no-shows are unacceptable. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients, a no-call, no-show will result in an automatic ban. As a busy barbershop, clear communication allows us to stay on schedule and accommodate everyone effectively.

No Preference On Barber
If you do not have a specific barber preference, your appointment will be scheduled with the barber available at the selected date and time. Please refer to your email confirmation to see which barber has been assigned to your appointment.

Each barber sets their own service rates, which are displayed next to the service when booking directly with them. Walk-ins and "No preference On Barber" are charged standard shop prices; however, please note that there may be a wait time for walk-in services.
